With so few vacant apartments available of our over 200 homes, we are not currently running any specials. 

We try daily to deliver a great value for your choice of West St. Louis county living!

What are the office hours?

Our office, located next to the pool in the lower level of the Community Clubhouse, is opened Monday - Friday 10:00 - 4:00 pm.  For your convenience, you may call ahead to schedule appointments at other times including Saturdays.

What is Woodsmill Village's pet policy?

• Woodsmill Village welcomes mature, spayed/neutered cats, (2 per household max), as well as service animals.

• If you have a cat, a pet deposit of $500.00 and a pet fee of $250.00

• Of that $750.00, $500.00is fully refundable at move-out barring any pet damage.  There is no additional monthly rent.

What are Woodsmill Village's application fees/security deposits/etc?

• To rent an apartment, you will fill out an application and give us a check for $350 at that time. 

• $300 holds the apartment until your application is processed. 

       This is applied to your security deposit and is refundable if it is not approved.

• $50 is the non-refundable application fee for one credit verification 

• No Administration Fee

• Once your application is approved, you will pay the remainder of the security deposit and sign your lease.

• Security deposit $900.00 for all floorplans.

What utilities are paid for by Woodsmill Village?

• Woodsmill Village covers your water, sewer, and trash bills (we have valet trash pickup and recycling services,  twice per week).

• You are responsible for your electric bill (we are an all-electric community), as well as any other services (TV, phone, etc.) you wish to have.

Does Woodsmill Village do short-term leases?

Generally, our leases are a minimun of a year in length. Anything other than a year is based on management's discretion, is usually based on availability and is subject to extra fees.

In which school district is this community located?

We are located in award winning Parkway School District. 

Specifically, we are Henry Elementary School, Parkway West Middle School and Parkway West High School.
